Honest about the data

Ratings are shown exactly as the FSA publishes them. SafeEat never invents a rating, never averages one, and never scores places itself. Where nothing has been published, the app says so.

A rating reflects what an inspector found on one visit. It is not a review, and it is not a guarantee about any visit you make.

Scotland uses its own scheme, Pass or Improvement Required, and SafeEat shows Scottish results in those terms.

Search, ratings, details, food alerts and comparison are free, supported by a small banner advert. Premium adds:

Premium renews monthly until cancelled, and you can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings.
